Plans 

 

Training designed for individuals who desire goal oriented workouts, but wish to workout on their own. Includes bi-weekly or monthly 1-on-1 meetings to complete an assessment and a workout. Based on assessment results I will provide workouts complete with a schedule for the individual to complete on their own. Great for individuals or groups who travel often and/or need flexibility in training times.

 

Private

Training

 

Training designed for 1-on-1 or duos.  Training offers a customized program for clients with specific goals, post-rehab or simply prefer more privacy. Includes a complete fitness assessment every 2-4 weeks.

 

Small Group Training 

 

Training designed for groups of 3-4. Training in this environment still allows for a private, goal-oriented setting, and is a great option to create a strong support system with friends, family and/or co-workers for additional motivation.

 

Private Group Classes

 

Training designed for groups of 5-15 in a group class setting. All workouts include cardio, strength, balance and flexibility, partner work and FUN. Great option for an office/ corporate group, neighborhood communities or a larger group of friends, co-workers and/or family members.    

 

Location & Pricing

                                           All training options are offered in-home, on-site, a nearby park or at a discussed neutral location.
